Here goes two new laptops from Unitcom: the LesanceNB XPH/CL710GW-TypeS and LesanceNB XPH/CL615SW-TypeS. Let’s ignore those hard-to-spell, hard-to-remember model numbers and check out what’s hiding inside the case. Start with LesanceNB XPH/CL710GW-TypeS, this 17-inch notebook PC is powered by an Intel Celeron 540 (1.86GHz) processor, a 1GB of main memory, a VIA VN896CE + VT8237A chipset, a 160GB of hard drive, and a DVD SuperMulti burner. Price is set at €600 ($930).

Regarding LesanceNB XPH/CL615SW-TypeS laptop, it comes with a 1.54-inch WXGA (1280×900) display, a 120GB of HDD, a 1GB of RAM, and an Intel Celeron 540 processor. It is retailed for €525 ($814).

IMHO, the price for both laptops are a little bit too much for a Celeron-based machine…

Kohjinsha SX and SC-Series Mini Laptop

Kohjinsha unveiled two new mini laptops, the SX-Series and SC-Series. The former is powered by a 1.33Ghz Intel Atom Z520 processor, a 1GB of main memory, and a 60GB of hard drive. Moreover, it is equipped with an 8.-inch touchscreen display (1280×768), a SuperMulti DVD burner, 2 x USB 2.0 ports, VGA out, an Express Card slot, WiFI, Ethernet LAN, and 1Seg TV tuner.

Regarding SC-Series, the company packed the 7-inch mini notebook PC with 1.3MP webcam, WIFI, Ethernet LAN, a 3-in-1 card reader, a 1Seg TV tuner, and two USB 2.0 ports. It also features a 1024×600 touchscreen display and GPS functionalities. As for the processor, RAM, and HDD, it comes with the same specs as the SX-Series.

Btw, is it just me or that antenna makes the laptop kinda silly…
